Our next big challenge is to cycle the Leeds to Liverpool canal and back in support of Sue Ryders' Manorlands hospice.
Here is an update on training by Ben, Dylan, John and Mark before their next Charity Cycle Ride

Yes, ride hard. Some 80-mile rides on road and a taster on the canal as a group.
Any goals or special routes you will be attempting before the event?
I will be riding my favourite ride up at Malham.

I will be riding from Skipton, Airton, Malham, Ribblehead Viaduct, Garsdale and Hawes, then back to Skipton - about 90 miles.

Off road over t’moors and commute on the towpath. Plenty of hiking walks and Yorkshire 3 peaks on May 11th (with Robbo)

Goal was to do 1000 miles this year…looks like I’ll smash this!
Extra training
Dragon boat racing as a member of the Bradford Barracudas. Training for Nationals in September. Also doing the 23-mile Bridgewater canal challenge with the team in August.
We would like to welcome a new member of the Charity bike ride team – Mark Brown, who is an old friend of Johns who will be supporting the charity too, he is keeping his training close to his chest!
