We are proud to announce that Nick Robinson (Robbo) has been shortlisted for Composites UK Employee of the Year Award, 2020.
Nick is section leader of the chop sprayed department and is also responsible for the research and development work in the RTM department for a key customer.
Improving performance and productivity
As section leader he is expected to improve performance and productivity, achieving targets and reducing customer alerts and scrap and re-work levels. He has certainly achieved this.
Having worked hard during lockdown on his own, he then increased turnover by up to 75% once the full team were back in place, a fantastic achievement.
Never one to rest, he is also working hard on self improvement, reading some of Ben’s recommended leadership and motivational books whilst also proactively seeking regular feedback and advice on how to improve his personal skills.
