2021 continues with a focus on quality
With quality a core value at MPM, we are always looking for ways to make improvements that benefit our customers and make processes more efficient. In line with our 2021 focus on quality, we've taken the decision to bring in an external body to assess gaps in our performance and highlight areas of improvement.
Assessing MPM against a very high standard, the external body, the National Manufacturing Competitiveness Levels, will work to improve MPM's internal & external processes to ensure clients are getting the best value & quality products.
Having already visited the MPM factory, the assessors were very complimentary of what MPM already have in place, highlighting a number of key strengths including strong team dynamics, our robust ISO Quality Management system alongside a strong senior leadership team.
The assessors will now approach key MPM clients to understand their opinions of the services and quality that MPM offers, to be able to set a plan for improvement.
