MPM raise £600 for Manorlands Hospice

£600 raised for local hospice through customer feedback
As part of our continuing committment to ensuring our customers are happy, we recently sent a customer satisfaction survey to a number of our clients with a financial incentive of a £50 donation to the Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice for each completed survey.
We were delighted to receive each of the 12 completed surveys from our customers, confirming our donation of £600 to the Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, a local charity with a special place in our hearts.
As part of the survey we asked our customers to give us a score out of 10. With 70% of our respondents rating us 8 or above we're delighted that our customers are happy overall, however, we're committed to working to ensure we exceed ALL expectations going forward.
