MPM are delighted to announce that we have been awarded, for the 9th year in a row, the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) accreditation.
After initially being awarded the ISO accreditation in 2013, MPM have been audited successfully every year with no recorded nonconformances throughout that time.
Recognised internationally as the world’s leading quality management standard, the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System has been implemented by over one million organisations in over 170 countries globally.
Eight Key Principles of Quality Management
The Standard contains eight key principles of quality management. These enable MPM to operate effective processes – controlled by well trained and effective people; processes that deliver quality products and services time after time; bringing many benefits to our customers, suppliers and team members.
The eight key principles are:
- Customer focus and customer satisfaction
- Leadership
- Involvement of people
- Process approach
- A systematic approach to management
- Continual improvement
- Factual approach to decision making
- Mutually beneficial supplier relationship
continuously striving for improvement
The Standard has continued to enable MPM to work towards increased efficiency and quality, through the effective use of resources. The end result is enhanced customer satisfaction and improved customer loyalty leading to repeat business.

Auditors from Alcumus ISOQAR commented, "It is very clear that the Business Leader, Ben Wilson and ISO Auditor Leader, Paul Williams are fully committed to the business and their IMS management system, offering a good visit, with a live walk around showing the new improvements the business has made internally, and a strong understanding of the system."
