As we welcome back more members of our team, we are now getting back to around 70% of our usual workforce. So as we begin a new way of working, with our new layout, we are delighted that we are continuing to actively take orders and enquiries and are busy despatching goods to our customers. We are also continuing to export despite these challenging times.
Risk Assessment
We have actioned our Risk Assessment and have a new layout and everything in place to ensure that our team are confident in their safety at work. We are working hard to create a culture of confidence and keep our new measures current in the light of the ever-changing government guidelines.
5S
The time that we have taken with our 5S process has meant that we already have a number of clear health and safety policies in place, and we are delighted that our hard work in this area has helped smooth our way into these new procedures.
Regular Communications
As is usual we have regular communications with our team, however we are focusing on adding to those communications a reassurance that they can come to work safely and assure them that the new measures we are putting in place are being regularly monitored and re-inforced.
We look forward to getting more of the team back to work safely, ensuring we support all our customers get their businesses back up and running as soon as possible.
