Securing a pipeline of exciting talent
Here at MPM, we've long been dedicated to ensuring we invest in growing our team, from the ground up. That's why we've been involved with the organisation and operations of Leeds Manufacturing Festival (LMF) since its inception in 2018. This year's no different. So far this year we've:
- Welcomed Year 11 students from Bradford Academy to our factory to showcase the work that we do and the benefits and opportunities that come with working at MPM and in manufacturing as a whole
- Nominated numerous members of our team for the LMF 'Next Generation' Awards under the categories of 'Rising Star', 'Apprentice of the Year' and 'Manufacturing Leader'.
- Attended the LMF Careers Event at Leeds City College, meeting with students from the college to discuss the future of manufacturing, roles available within MPM and the sector in general and understand their ambitions.
